We have no cancellation period. You can cancel your plan on a monthly basis. In your account, under “My Memberships,” you can cancel your current plan or switch to a higher or lower plan.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that no beats have been downloaded after the membership purchase. To request a refund, simply email us at refund@halaltones.de. We’ll check your account to verify whether any downloads have been made. If none have been used, you’ll receive a full refund. However, if even one beat has been downloaded, a refund is no longer possible. In that case, you’ll need to cancel your membership manually in your account settings. Your membership will then expire automatically after one month, and no further charges will apply.

Credit with the note “Sound by Halal Tones” is only required if you’re using the Basic Plan and Pro Plan.

The credit must be placed either:

• in the video description of the respective platform (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok),

• or directly in the video, clearly visible and easy to read, during the time the sound is playing in the background.

No credit is required in the Premium Plan.

With the Pro Plan, you are allowed to use our sounds in commercial projects – as long as the total number of views does not exceed 100,000 across all platforms.

This includes:

• Monetized YouTube videos (e.g., AdSense revenue)

• Sponsored or branded Instagram/TikTok posts (under 100k total views)

• Product or brand videos on your website

• Online courses that are sold to customers

• Corporate videos for internal or external use

Important: If your video or project exceeds 100,000 total views, you will need to either upgrade to the Premium Plan or contact us for a custom commercial license.

Examples (Allowed with Pro Plan):

• A YouTube video with monetization enabled and 75,000 views

• A TikTok video promoting a brand collaboration with 60,000 views

• A company introduction video uploaded to your business website (with normal traffic)

• A paid online course that includes our music, as long as view counts stay under 100k

• An Instagram Reel with a sponsored product placement, reaching 90,000 views

Not Allowed with Pro Plan:

• An Instagram video that reaches 150,000 views → requires Premium Plan

• A music video or ad with 500,000 views → custom license needed

• Any TV commercial or cinema ad → not included, custom license required

Important: The Premium Plan allows full commercial use without restrictions.

With the Pro and Premium Plan, you can use our sounds in paid advertising campaigns and sponsored content. The Pro Plan (limited) allows paid advertising campaigns and sponsored content up to 100,000 views per video. In the Premium Plan (full access), on the other hand, full use in paid advertising campaigns and sponsored content is possible

This includes:

• Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook ads (paid promotions)

• Boosted posts or reels with ad budget

• Sponsored YouTube videos (e.g., “This video is sponsored by…”)

• Google/YouTube pre-roll ads or video campaigns

• Branded content created in collaboration with companies

Important: This is not allowed in the Basic Plan.

Examples (Allowed with Pro or Premium Plan):

• A Facebook ad for your own product, using one of our beats

• An Instagram story marked as “Paid Partnership” with a brand

• A sponsored YouTube video with a brand deal and intro ad segment

• A boosted TikTok video promoting a service or business

• A Google ad campaign with a short promo video containing our music

Not Allowed in Basic Plan:

• Any form of paid advertisement (even if the views are low)

• Sponsored posts on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

• Boosted content using ad budget

• Videos with affiliate marketing or branded partnerships

Each download grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sounds as background in your own content (videos, reels, shorts, stories, films, WhatsApp status, etc.). The Sounds may not be edited, altered, resold, or re-published on streaming/e-commerce platforms, and may not be used as backing beats for your own vocal productions. Yes, of course! You are welcome to download the sounds to enjoy them in your free time – without project or video use. However, sending them to third parties (friends, family vs.) is not permitted.

In your account, you can view or update your personal information, cancel or upgrade your plan, and check how many downloads you have left for the current month. If you’re on the Pro or Premium Plan, you can also see a full list of your downloaded sounds and re-download them at any time. We still recommend saving all downloads locally and securely.

Our sounds are not permitted for your own vocal productions. They are strictly intended for use in video projects or private listening.
