Licensing
Here you’ll find all essential information about how you’re allowed to use Halal Tones sounds (beats, vocals, acapellas, and background nasheeds).
1. General License Terms
With each download, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our sounds as background in your own content – for example:
- Videos
- Commercials, short films, feature films
- Instagram Reels and Stories
- TikTok Reels and Stories
- YouTube Shorts
- WhatsApp status and similar formats
You are not allowed to edit, modify, resell, or re-upload the sounds to streaming/e-commerce platforms. Using our sounds as backing beats for vocal productions is strictly prohibited.
2. Commercial Use
Commercial use (e.g. for ads or selling products/services) is only permitted with the Pro Plan (limited) and Premium Plan (full access):
- Pro Plan: Commercial use allowed up to 100,000 views per video (including monetization & paid ads)
- Premium Plan: Full commercial use with no view limit
- Basic Plan: Commercial use not permitted
3. Video Monetization
Monetizing your content (e.g. via YouTube Partner Program, TikTok Creator Fund, or similar revenue-sharing platforms) is permitted under the following conditions:
- Basic Plan: Monetization not allowed
- Pro Plan: Monetization allowed up to 100,000 views per video
- Premium Plan: Monetization fully allowed without restrictions
4. Credit Requirement
Credit (“Sound by Halal Tones”) is required in the Basic and Pro plan. Only the Premium Plan is exempt from crediting.

6. Copyright
All sounds are protected by copyright. All rights remain with Halal Tones.

7. Violations of License Terms
Any violation of the licensing rules – including unauthorized editing, reselling, monetization outside of your plan limits, commercial use without a proper plan, or use as a vocal backing track – will result in automatic license termination.
Halal Tones reserves the right to take legal action in such cases, including damage claims and account suspension without refund of previous payments.
